CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy – 24 Hours Notice Required To ensure the best service for all our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee of 50%. • No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. • For group bookings or services requiring a deposit, failure to cancel 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us respect the time of both our clients and our technicians.
