Cancellation Policy – 24 Hours Notice Required To ensure the best service for all our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee of 20%. • No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. • For group bookings or services requiring a deposit, failure to cancel 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
